Starvation, Dehydration, and Disease, Oh My!

Yep, you heard right. Starvation, dehydration, and disease. To give you a picture of what damage just one of those things does, think about this.

Every 10 seconds a child dies from hunger, and 655,000 people die from Malaria alone every year. People in third-world countries are starving, dying of thirst, and disease.

The water they have is contaminated because they use it as a latrine, to wash their clothes, and drink all at the same time! As you can see, their water is deadly.

Mothers literally lie in wait for their children to die.

Rachel Chuya, a mother of 5 in Zambia states that she is "waiting for her child to die".

You can help these children. Donate to Compassion International, or a place like World Vision today.
